Description:
C10200 Cu-OF is a high purity, non phosphorus-deoxidized copper that does not contain in vacuum evaporating elements. Cu-OF copper alloy is oxygen-free up to 99.95%.This grade of copper boasts exceptional purity. C10200 is produced by directly converting selected refined cathodes and castings under carefully controlled conditions to prevent pollution of pure oxygen free metals during processing. The production method of OFHC copper ensures the ultra-high grade metal with copper content of 99.99%. The content of foreign elements is so low that the inherent characteristics of copper have been highly developed.

Although of is considered oxygen free, its conductivity grade is not better than that of more common ETP or C11000 grade copper. Its oxygen content is 0.001%, purity is 99.95%, and the lowest IACS conductivity is 100%. For the purpose of purity percentage, the content of silver (Ag) is calculated as copper (Cu).

Chemical Composition

(1) Cu is determined by the difference between the impurity total and 100%.

(2) This is a high conductivity copper which has, in

the annealed condition a minimum conductivity of 100% IACS except for Alloy C10100 which has a minimum conductivity of 101% IACS.

(3) Cu value includes Ag.
Applications
C10200 Copper Alloy has a very high electrical and thermal conductivity, good welding and excellent soldering properties.

C10200 has excellent hot and cold forming properties, and a good corrosion resistance, expecially in atmosphere due to a good adherence of the oxide layer.
