4,Application:The 4J6 alloy is the representative sign of the Fe-Ni-cr series of glass seal alloy. The combination has been used by the aviation factory for a long time, with stable performance. It is mainly used to make various electric vacuum components, such as the anode cap of the electron beam tube. In the application, the selected glass should match the expansion coefficient of the alloy. In order to improve the sealing strength of metal and glass, the alloy is allowed to contain certain aluminum and cerium.
